In many cases, yes — and we handle the entire process for you. After reviewing your project we'll tell you whether a permit is required, then manage DOB filings, structural engineering where needed, and coordination with building management for co-ops and condos in New York City. If an architect is required, we bring one in and get it moving.

We favor porcelain pavers for durability and low maintenance. All installations include proper drainage, waterproofing, and thermal movement detailing.

We offer annual maintenance visits. Hardwood decks benefit from a light cleaning and oiling once a year; stone and porcelain require almost none.
